The National Composite Centre – Luxembourg (NCC-L) is hosted by the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST). The objectives of the NCC-L are to :

  • Be the hub of Luxembourg’s efforts to develop and implement composite manufacturing technologies
  • Set up research infrastructures and competences in the field of composite materials in Luxembourg
  • Focus on independent R&D and innovation including collaborative research, knowledge acquisition and technology transfer
  • Host and manage joint laboratories with Luxembourg industry

Together with industrial companies, the NCC-L leads research and innovation projects to develop pre-commercial industrial applications. The NCC-L will ultimately involve some 50 people when fully operational and will be financed equally by public and private funds.
